Your tasks
7. Central point of contact for all interface teams (e.g. SCQM, Supply Officer, FAL and Logistics) as part of the customer acceptance process
8. Planning inspections and managing digitalization projects and creating KPI dashboards (e.g. in Skywise) in collaboration with Software Development
9. Managing complex problem-solving processes for quality issues and identifying measures for continuous process improvement (CIP)
10. Checking and validating production deviations as part of quality management (DQ2 Step)
11. Implementation, follow-up and optimization of quality control plans (Control Plans)
12. Ensuring efficient communication with multidisciplinary and transnational stakeholders
Your profile
13. Successfully completed technical studies, studies in computer science or in the field of supply chain / logistics (at least Bachelor's degree)
14. Several years of professional experience (at least 2 years) in aircraft construction, ideally in the areas of quality assurance or supply chain
15. Sound knowledge of modern problem-solving methods (total quality management)
16. Experience in data analysis and the use of digitalization tools (ideally knowledge of artificial intelligence / AI)
17. Confident handling of SAP and Google Workspace
18. Business fluent in German and English for working in a transnational environment
