HEAD OF 3D PRODUCTION (m/f/d)
for our location in Hanoi/Vietnam
* Technical and disciplinary leadership of a motivated 3D production team
* Building, developing and motivating the team in Hanoi
* Monitoring, ensuring, and optimizing processes
* Organizing and coordinating between the local branch and the German headquarters
* Actively contributing to the further development of our company
* Experience in photorealistic 3D visualizations of products (focus on furniture)
* Proficiency in 3D software such as Blender and/or 3DsMax, Vray
* Initial leadership experience is a plus
* Enjoy working with people and communicating in a solution-oriented manner
* High social and communication skills
* Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working style
* Flexibility and reliability
* Strong sense of responsibility and assertiveness
* Fluent English (business level)
