Help shape the aviation of tomorrow and become part of our international team as Sales Manager for Cabin Solutions in Aerostructures (f/m/d). We look forward to receiving your detailed online application.
From 01.01.2026, a full-time week with us will be 35h.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

5. Proactively identify and develop target customers and other potential sales opportunities
6. Closely collaborate with key customers (especially Airbus) to identify and leverage sales opportunities
7. Lead sales processes to respond to sales opportunities/contracts, negotiate them, and bring them to closure
8. Manage internal sales procedures as part of a multifuctional team (MFT) and ensure that all processes from quotation to approval are correctly followed by all parties involved (including business partner reviews and sales negotiations)
9. Work closely with all relevant departments, especially within MFTs, including Marketing, Engineering, Customer Service, Procurement, Legal, and Finance, to support the entire sales process (including quotation preparation, contract negotiation, contract drafting, approval, and execution)
10. Maintain oversight of the contract situation with the customer throughout the contract's duration.
11. Contribute to achieving overall sales targets for the line of business (LOB) components

MUST-HAVES

12. Completed four-year degree in Business Administration
13. Extensive experience in sales, contract, and customer management
14. Willingness to travel

Professional skills:

15. Confident communication skills in both written and spoken German
16. Ability to lead and negotiate in English, both written and spoken
17. Preferably proficiency in additional languages
18. Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
19. Knowledge of contract law
20. Interdisciplinary thinking

21. Analytical and critical thinking, reasoning ability, solution orientation, media competence, communication and presentation techniques, project management, organizational skills

You must meet the requirements for a valid background check (ZÜP) in accordance with §7 of the German Aviation Security Act (LuftSiG). If you do not have a valid German background check or security check, this will be applied for together during the application process.
