How you will create an impact:
9. You plan, manage, and control IT related business projects from initiation to completion.
10. You coordinate internal and external project resources to ensure smooth project execution.
11. You monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for the management.
12. You proactively identify and solve problems while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal framework conditions.
13. You provide valuable insights into project challenges and solutions to stakeholders.
14. You act as the primary contact person for project stakeholders across Business and Central Functions and advise them.
15. You have a solid technical foundation and are actively involved in the creation and oversight of technical concepts and solution designs, including reviewing specifications, functional documentation, and ensuring quality standards.
16. You demonstrate a high-level understanding of IT infrastructure and enterprise applications, with the ability to manage their architectural interconnections and operational dependencies across complex environments.
17. You are quick to familiarize yourself with new technologies, continuously expanding your technical knowledge to stay ahead in evolving project landscapes.
About you:
18. You have successfully completed training or hold a degree in Project Management (ideally PMI) or a similar field, with at least 5 years of professional experience.
19. You bring high level of experience in the planning, management, and control of classic and agile projects, including the integration and management of external service providers.
20. You have a profound understanding of complex process flows and how to implement them effectively.
21. You bring an independent and structured way of working, combined with flexibility and organizational skills.
22. Your work approach is characterized by commitment and a time-conscious, conscientious, and service-oriented mindset.
23. You feel comfortable in a cross-functional interface role and in managing overlapping workstream alignment and dependencies identification.
24. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with the ability to confidently present complex issues to diverse audiences in an understandable way.
25. You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
26. You are willing to travel occasionally.
27. Basic knowledge of project management software, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word complete your profile.
