WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
In our unit Sales Western/Central Europe unit, you support account management.
* In your new role as Junior Account Manager, you are responsible for the strategic development and maintenance of your assigned customer portfolio.
* You build strong relationships with your customers, coordinate related activities in sales-relevant processes, and support product portfolio management for our clients.
* You work with innovative tools like Salesforce to ensure efficient management of the customer portfolio.
* You communicate and coordinate relevant commercial topics directly with the team leadership to promote effective collaboration and clear goal achievement.
* Additionally, you ensure that BASF Polyurethanes Europe's quality management procedures are consistently adhered to in daily operations.
* Your expertise is in demand! You create rolling monthly sales forecasts for your customers and provide input for annual planning.
* Last but not least, you collect and analyze data on markets and customers.
WHAT YOU OFFER
* completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
* two to four years of professional experience in commodity sales
* in-depth knowledge of polyurethane technologies and markets
* impactful communication in both German and English
