We are seeking a strategic and hands-onSenior HR Business Partner (m/f/d)to lead human resources initiatives at our manufacturing site. This role will drive organizational effectiveness by aligning HR strategies with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Strategic HR Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to site leadership, aligning HR strategies with operational and business goals.Talent & Workforce Planning: Lead talent acquisition, development, and succession planning to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.Employee Engagement & Relations: Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture. Provide expert support on employee relations matters.Organizational Development: Design and implement initiatives to enhance team effectiveness, company culture, and organizational performance.Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health and safety regulations, and internal policies.Performance Management: Guide leaders and employees through performance planning, feedback, and development processes.Change Leadership: Drive and support organizational change initiatives, including restructures, process optimization, and cultural evolution.HR Analytics: Use data and insights (e.g., turnover, engagement, absenteeism) to inform HR strategies and measure impact.Learning & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to foster continuous learning and professional growth.Total Rewards: Develop and manage rewards programs tailored to production workforce needsYour Profile:Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
