Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Produktmanager role located in Tübingen. The Produktmanager will oversee the lifecycle of medical products, develop and execute product strategies, and coordinate cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and sales. The role also involves conducting market analyses, identifying customer needs, translating these into product requirements, and providing technical and marketing support. Key responsibilities include managing product launches and ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
* Experience in Product Management, Market Analysis, and Business Strategy Development
* Strong skills in Communication, Collaboration, and Team Leadership
* Technical knowledge or experience in Medical Technology, Device Development, or Healthcare Systems
* Fluency in German and English

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related field
