As driver of product commercialization, the Product Manager Spine Surgery will foster all aspects of specifying, launching, and maturing products for the image-guided spine surgery portfolio, assuming ownership for the product area “spinal planning” with global responsibility. The role reports to the Director Product Management Spine & CMF Surgery.Responsibilities / TasksSales Enablement & Training: Equip the sales team with tools, training, and resources to promote and sell Microscope Navigation, driving product adoption and customer success.Customer-Centric Improvements: Gather and analyze feedback from customers, service teams, and market data to implement product improvements that meet real-world needs.Strategic Prioritization: Evaluate business opportunities and prioritize product scope in line with clinical needs, ensuring technical feasibility and market impact.Lifecycle Management: Manage current product success through all lifecycle phases, driving optimizations and enhancements to maintain relevance and competitiveness.Sales Support & Product Advocacy: Advocate for the product at events, presentations, and in-house visits; support sales with tools and training.Performance Monitoring: Track and assess global sales performance, aligning results with objectives and identifying areas for improvement.Strategic Marketing Initiatives: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase Microscope Navigation visibility, adoption, and market positioning for sustainable growth.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated solutions and coordinate efforts with R&D and other departments.Service & Support Coordination: Coordinate with support teams to streamline service processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure top-tier service quality. #J-18808-Ljbffr
