Your mission as a Customer Account Manager As a Customer Account Manager, you are the central interface between our international customers and MTU Maintenance. You accompany the entire life cycle of an engine — from order placement to delivery — and ensure that technical requirements, economic goals, and contractual conditions are optimally aligned. You will play a key role in this process: you will mediate between customer interests and internal departments, create transparency, manage complex projects, and make a significant contribution to customer satisfaction and economic success.
