The Capital Sales Manager is responsible for driving capital equipment sales by targeting aesthetic practices, med-spas, and resort spas. This role is critical in opening new business opportunities and requires a proactive “hunter” sales strategy. Capital Sales Managers collaborate closely with internal teams and finance partners to ensure an exceptional client experience. They uncover opportunities, deliver the Hydrafacial story, demonstrate the service, negotiate sales, and execute purchase agreements. This role also partners with the Business Development team to transition new clients and support existing accounts by identifying trade-up, second-system, and multi-location opportunities.

What you’ll do:

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Introducesphysician practices and medical spas to Hydrafacial by engaging all key stakeholders — including physicians, aestheticians, spa managers, and office managers.

2. DemonstratesHydrafacial technology and treatment protocols through hands-on, in-office treatments.

3. Identifiescustomer needs, communicates potential ROI, and educates clients on how to position Hydrafacial treatments within their businesses.

4. Generatesleads through cold-calling strategies, including walk-in visits, phone outreach, networking, and social media engagement.

5. Respondsto inbound leads from tradeshows and corporate sources within 24 hours, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

6. Partnerswith corporate account teams to support opportunities requiring additional resources.

7. Maintainsa robust pipeline to consistently achieve monthly targets and sales goals, with a clear understanding of pipeline development required to meet quotas.

8. Providesweekly forecasts to leadership, including high/low projections.

9. Developsstrategic selling techniques using marketing tools and resources to enhance client engagement and the overall Hydrafacial capital experience.

10. Transitionsnew clients to Regional Training Specialists and Business Development Managers, collaborating to meet the unique needs of each account.

11. Attends and supportslocal tradeshows and regional events to drive brand awareness and sales.

12. Performsother duties as assigned.

What you need to know:

Required:

13. High school diploma or GED.

14. Minimum 3+ years of experience in medical device sales and/or account management.

15. Proven success in capital equipment sales, with specific examples of closed deals.

16. Experience selling into the aesthetics (cash-pay) market — dermatology, plastic surgery, or high-end resort spas.

17. Ability to overcome objections and navigate competitive conversations.

18. Demonstrated achievement of sales quotas and/or MBOs.

19. Ability to upsell strategically, forecast accurately, and leverage resources to meet goals.

20. Understanding of sales cycles and third-party financing strategies, with the ability to manage lender and customer conversations professionally.

21. Experience prospecting new businesses and maintaining a healthy pipeline using strategic selling techniques.

22. Willingness and ability to travel up to 90% by car or plane.

23. Proven success in closing sales based on ROI and helping practices or spas build businesses around aesthetic products.

24. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred:

25. College degree or equivalent.

26. Experience using Salesforce.
