We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Production Manager to join our team. As a Production Manager, you will have overall responsibility for safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations, consistently pursuing a “Zero EHS Impact” philosophy.
Ensuring safe, compliant, and disruption-free production processes
Responsibility for production targets, quality, costs, and plant availability
Leading and developing production staff and management
Managing and optimizing production processes and resources
Implementing and further developing lean and continuous improvement methods
Ensuring compliance with EHS, quality, and regulatory requirements
Several years of experience in production (ideally in the process industry)
Knowledge of lean management, KPI control, and process optimization
Strong communication skills, decisiveness, and a hands-on mentality
Very good English skills
