A Snapshot of Your Day As a Product Owner (PO) in the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), you will ensure that the agile team delivers customer value aligned with business objectives. Your typical day will involve acting as a key member of the design team within a Cross Development Team, bridging the gap between stakeholders and our newly formed Agile Release Train (ART) for Cross. You will manage and prioritize the team backlog according to product and architecture strategies, continuously refining backlog priorities and translating product requirements into actionable work packages. Your role will also involve defining the product roadmap and fostering effective communication, transparency, and trust among stakeholders.
How You’ll Make an Impact Create and maintain the team backlog based on business value, customer needs, and alignment with product vision and goals.Align backlog content and priorities with product and architecture strategy.Harmonize the backlog with requirements, product roadmaps, and technical guidelines.Write clear, concise, and actionable user stories and define acceptance criteria to ensure the team understands requirements and can verify completion.Collaborate regularly with all interfaces and stakeholders to ensure all relevant conditions, requirements, and changes are transparent to the development team.Participate in daily stand-ups, iteration reviews, and retrospectives to stay informed about team progress and contribute to continuous improvement.What You BringUniversity degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field.Several years of experience in product development of analog/digital measuring transformers and monitoring systems.Strong leadership and coaching skills with a collaborative mindset and the ability to build and support high-performing teams.Good business understanding of the energy market and operations in an international environment, with a willingness to work in and promote an agile development culture.Experience in approaching problems analytically and solution-oriented, with strong communication and teamwork skills, and the flexibility to adapt quickly to new needs.Excellent communication skills in English (fluent) and German (good) as well as willingness to travel.
