Responsibilities
1. Relationship management with the assigned sales portfolio, therein serving as their primary point of contact for all business-related matters
2. Proactive sales management of your assigned merchant portfolio
3. Defense of accounts against competitor poaching
4. Market and business trend evaluation & transparent transmission to the organ
5. Acquisition of new merchants, retention, and recovery of existing merchantsisation
6. Achievement of KPIs like Refund Ratio, Hit Rate and comparable, taking corrective action when result materially deviates from expected
7. Delivery of assigned budgeted targets
8. Delivery of account-specific contractual obligations
9. Delivery of new business targets & action plans
10. Improve merchants’ knowledge and expertise with our services
11. Maximize TFS business (IR and RR management)
12. Maximize DCC business (Hit Rate management)
13. Close collaboration with the Marketing department on promotions & campaigns
14. Close collaboration with the Key Account department and Merchant Service for alignment on account activities
15. Documentation of merchant-specific information and activity in CRM

Competencies, Qualifications & Skills
23. Proven experience in sales, account management or relevant customer relationship management roles

28. fluency in English in a business context is an advantage
