At WEICON, we develop, produce, and distribute chemical specialty products for all areas of industry. Our portfolio includes special adhesives and sealants, technical sprays, and high-performance assembly pastes and greases for production, repair, maintenance, and servicing. In addition to our chemical products, we also design and manufacture high-quality stripping tools – 100% made in Germany.

You are responsible for
1. Support and further develop existing customer relationships – both from our German office in Münster and directly on-site (frequent travel) in the Scandinavian countries
2. Independent acquisition of new customers and distributors, with a focus on building long-term business relationships
3. Providing technical advice and conducting product presentations and trainings
4. Preparation of offers, sales and contract negotiations through to final agreement
5. Market and competitor analysis
6. Participation in national and international trade fairs
7. Close cooperation with the product management and marketing team
8. Preparation of reports for sales management
Your profile
9. First experience in international sales or an interest in technical products is an advantage, but not a requirement
10. Very good written and spoken English
11. Knowledge of German is an advantage, but not required.
12. Additional languages (e.g., Swedish, Danish, Norwegian) are considered a plus
13. Strong communication skills and a confident, extroverted personality
14. Independent, well-structured working style and a high willingness to travel.
15. Ability to work in a team and the motivation to actively drive WEICON forward
