What's Exciting About The Role

We’re looking for a high-performing Area Sales Manager based in Germany to join our rapidly growing commercial team. You’ll be on the front lines driving new customer acquisition, owning the full sales cycle, and helping small and medium-sized businesses thrive through smarter, faster, and simpler payment solutions. This is an individual contributor role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, targeting SMB customers across Germany.
2. Engage with business owners, decision-makers, and financial leaders to understand their pain points and tailor our payment solutions to meet their needs.
3. Hunt for new opportunities every day - cold outreach, warm leads, referrals - whatever it takes.
4. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless and high-converting buyer journey.
5. Consistently hit and exceed quota - this is a role for top performers only.
6. Be a trusted voice in the market, representing the brand with passion, integrity, and purpose.

Skills and Experience We Desire

7. Proven B2B sales experience ideally in payments, SaaS, or Financial services.
8. Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets, especially in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
9. Experience selling to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs)
10. Fluent in German and proficient in English.
11. High energy, self-driven, relentlessly motivated. You don’t wait for leads - you make them.
12. Tech-savvy and CRM-proficient (we use tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
13. A growth mindset and team-first mentality.
