Stellenbeschreibung

• Develop and continuously improve procurement strategies for assigned service categories across the General Procurement scope
• Lead sourcing activities, including tender management and contract negotiations, to secure optimal purchasing conditions aligned with company requirements
• Negotiate, implement, and regularly review cross-divisional framework agreements
• Manage supplier contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions and monitoring performance across cost, quality, delivery, innovation, and KPI targets
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, internal customers, and cross-functional teams to optimize value, minimize risks and total cost of ownership, and support ongoing procurement projects

Anforderungsprofil

• Completed studies in the field of Business Administration, Supply Chain or Economics

or

• Completed vocational training in a commercial field with many years of professional experience
• Professional experience in the field of Operative and Strategic Procurement, Supply Chain, Contract Management and Facility Management
• Very good knowledge in using MS Office and Google Workspace
• Fluent in German, proficient in English
• Willingness to travel
