In this role, the Project Manager will work in multidisciplinary project teams and is accountable for planning, execution, risk and dependency management, stakeholder coordination and adoption activities. The focus is on delivery excellence within largely bound problem spaces, where objectives and success criteria are typically clear at the outset. Where required, the Project Manager escalates ambiguity or strategic trade-offs or takes ownership of these directly.
Strategic formulation, portfolio prioritization and ultimate responsibility for PMO capabilities remain with the Head of PMO. Appointment to the Project Manger role assumes demonstrated capability to operate at PMO Analyst level across strategic, portfolio and delivery contexts.

You are a results-driven with portfolio, program and project management skills, strategic insight and a hands-on mindset. You can navigate complexity, multidisciplinary organization transformation projects while considering the systemic and behavioral aspects of change and can act independently within the mentioned practice areas of a PMO.
