Responsibilities Research, select and proactively engage with target end users in the main target markets and application areas. Maintain and expand relationships and develop business and pipeline with key AV and IT integration and reseller partners. Position Matrox strategically with key industry consultants to build relationships and to establish new technologies. Motivate, manage and continuously develop channel partners across the territories Proactively deliver product training, conduct both virtual and in-person demos to customers and partners. Qualification & Experience A bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer engineering or Business. A minimum of 10 years of experience in an AV or technology-oriented sales or business development role Understanding of different Codecs and IP streaming protocols / networking Knowledge of working with both direct and indirect sales models Experience of working with a CRM, (pref. Salesforce) pipeline and opportunity management. Personal qualities Self-motivated, pro-active and with a strong drive to meet/ exceed sales targets Works well across organizational and national boundaries.
