Your Mission
* You are responsible for promoting the introduction of new business models, value added services (VAS) and advanced technologies (AT) in our subsidiaries and with dealers and support the introduction packages
* You also identify training needs for the sales organization and conduct sales training for local markets in collaboration with various departments
* You identify needs and create sales tools for local sales and marketing to use in sales promotion, e.g. competitor analysis, presentation materials, objection handling guides, question guides, conversation guides and ROI calculators
* You create and prepare content that the sales organization can use to inform and engage prospects and customers as well as the launch plans for the introduction of new VAS, AT and business models in new markets, providing a clear overview and detailed description of tasks and activities
* You support project management during the pilot phase of new VAS/AT in pilot markets to ensure that the roll-out plan is implemented and act as a subject matter expert for new business models, VAS and AT as well as at customer meetings, including demonstrations in the operating room
* You develop sales strategies in coordination with the required internal stakeholders, especially for emerging markets
* Also, you shape the exchange of best practices between subsidiaries, business partners, distributors and internal stakeholders
* You support the regional teams in creating customer proposals and preparing tender responses for VAS/AT to ensure they meet global standards
Your Talents
* Degree in business administration, engineering or a technical/scientific field or alternatively an apprenticeship (commercial or technical) with relevant work experience
* Several years of professional experience in a sales/marketing role, ideally in a position that required the development and delivery of sales tools and sales training for the launch of new products and services
* Experience in the medical device industry
* Extremely strong sales skills including persuasiveness
* Self-motivated, results-oriented and the ability to work independently and autonomously
* Strong team player and ability to collaborate with various internal departments
* Assertiveness in leading project teams
* Strong virtual and personal presentation skills
* Fluent in (business) English
* Willingness to travel internationally
