Responsibilities Working with HR at Netlight requires strong business acumen, as you will operate in a high-paced and continuously evolving organization. You will work hands-on with HR in a personal and value-driven company that identifies as a network organization. The role is broad and operationally focused, while offering opportunities to gradually take on more ownership. - Support and execute people processes across the full employee lifecycle - Partner closely with mentors and team leads to enable the development and performance of our consultants - Provide guidance on labour law topics and ensure compliant HR practices in collaboration with senior colleagues - Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR policies and processes (locally and globally) - Help plan and execute engagement initiatives, surveys, and recognition activities - Analyze and interpret people data to support informed decision-making Qualifications To thrive in this role, you bring an open and curious mindset. You are confident working independently in operational matters while knowing when to seek alignment on more complex topics.
