Shape assortments, own your category end-to-end, and drive growth together with international retail, digital, marketing teams in our Düsseldorf HQ and with our HQ in Paris.
You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
* Ownership of the assortment strategy and end-to-end product lifecycle across retail and e-commerce
* Building and developing strong supplier partnerships through business reviews and performance tracking
* Analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, sales data, and budgets to identify opportunities and risks
* Driving merchandising concepts, floor plans, and localization for stores, corners, and new openings
* Ensuring high-quality execution of merchandising standards and continuous process improvement
* Acting as a key interface between local teams and HQ in Paris, fostering strong stakeholder relationships
* Leading cross-functional collaboration with marketing, visual merchandising, sales, CRM, and digital teams for launches and campaigns
