KG Organization Transformation of Industry Business Unit Industrial Steam Turbines & Generators Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional A Snapshot of Your Day In this dual role as Safety Specialist (SIFA) and Quality Manager for Non-Conformance Management, you support employee safety and customer satisfaction through prevention, compliance, and continuous improvement. As SIFA, you advise on occupational health and safety, conduct risk assessments and workplace inspections, implement protective measures, and train employees to prevent accidents and occupational diseases. As Quality Manager, you oversee NCRs, prioritize issues with cross-functional teams, initiate and monitor CAPA processes, and ensure timely, effective corrective actions. You advise internal stakeholders on root cause analysis, regulatory compliance, and quality standards while identifying weaknesses and driving sustainable process improvements.How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Support of the Chief Occupational Safety Specialist and promotion of a sustainable safety culture among managers and employees
2. Advisory support to managers on legal and normative requirements, including risk assessments, operating instructions, and safety inspections
3. Support of safety programs, accident and occupational disease analyses, regulatory reporting, and initiation and follow-up of corrective safety measures
4. Function as central contact for managers and CAPA stakeholders on root cause analyses, corrective actions, and continuous improvement
5. Support of new processes and internal training in non-conformance management, including 8D meetings, CAPA coordination, and sustainability checks
6. Contribution to operational efficiency, continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and cost-out initiatives through effective CAPA measures
What You Bring
7. Completed Qualification as occupational safety specialist in accordance with §7 ASiG and DGUV Regulation 2
8. Technical degree or equivalent technical education combined with several years of experience in EHS or safety management
9. In-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety laws, regulations, and Siemens Energy internal EHS standards
10. Initial experience in quality management, ideally in mechanical or plant engineering or fluid flow machines
11. Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills with methodological expertise in reactive quality management ( RCA, 5-Whys, 8D)
12. Experience with production and assembly environments, SAP systems, databases, MS Office, and fluency in German and English
