OverviewWe’re seeking a Senior Account Manager to join Schrödinger to grow revenue from software solutions and services. The role will primarily focus on biotech customers, while also supporting efforts across the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. Schrödinger is expanding into materials science, biologics, enterprise informatics, databases, and visualization, and the Account Manager will cultivate current customer relationships and create new business opportunities.What You’ll DoIdentify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities with a primary focus on biotech, while also engaging with pharmaceutical and life sciences organizationsManage and grow existing accountsCollaborate with the EU+ team to develop business and marketing strategies to target specific customer segmentsProduce timely and accurate business reports and revenue forecastsTravel to customers and conferencesWhat You Should HaveAt least three years of experience in account management in the biotech and/or pharmaceutical industries selling complex software and service solutionsAdvanced degree in life sciences (knowledge of molecular modeling is a plus)Some familiarity with computational chemistry softwareFluency in EnglishWho Will Love This JobAn excellent communicator and problem-solverAn outstanding customer relationship managerA highly-motivated self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team and thrives on identifying creative solutions to help customers solve their research problemsFluency in French is a plusEqual Opportunity Statement: Schrödinger is an equal opportunity employer.
