Report to the Business Unit Management and Operations Director
Take full responsibility for safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery of the project scope
Lead and manage the Project Team and interface directly with the Client Team
Chair and lead weekly project, design, and client meetings; Implement and manage the project audit plan; Ensure full compliance with Safety, Quality, Environmental, and company procedures
Track progress against plan and issue clear, concise project reporting
Maintain project margins through cost control and regular commercial reviews
Mentor and develop project teams and subcontractors
Minimum 10+ years’ experience managing large construction projects as a main contractor
Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary project teams
Strong team-working capability and stakeholder management skills
Flexibility in working patterns to meet project requirements
