Your tasks
As a project manager in the area of facility management for technical buildings and infrastructure, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
9. Responsibility for the organizational, technical and economic implementation of construction projects (focus on electrical and I&C technology)
10. Ensuring on-time implementation through effective coordination of external companies
11. Monitoring and compliance with occupational health and safety, environmental protection and plant safety standards
12. Management and control of costs, deadlines and quality within the projects
13. Implementation of risk and requirements management as well as process optimization
14. Close coordination with internal departments and external service providers
Your profile
15. Completed studies in electrical engineering, environmental engineering, supply engineering or building services engineering (at least Bachelor's degree)
16. Several years of professional experience (at least 3 years) in occupational safety, facility management or project management
17. Sound specialist knowledge of heating, ventilation and air conditioning technology and electronics
18. Confident handling of SAP, MS Project, AutoCAD and Google Workspace (detailed specialist knowledge)
19. Knowledge of problem-solving methods (TQM), change management and risk management
20. Business fluent in German and English; knowledge of French is an advantage
21. Strong sense of responsibility, assertiveness and team spirit
