The Opportunity We seek an exceptional Principal Product Manager to lead all aspects of next-generation video capabilities in ACPC, Adobe’s cloud-based content and collaboration platform. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone with deep industry knowledge, product thinking, technical proficiency, and passion for enabling rich media workflows at scale. You will work alongside architecture, engineering, design, data science, and diverse product teams to incorporate next-generation video support into both new and existing Adobe creative tools, collaboration solutions, and enterprise content pipelines. What You'll Do Drive the vision, strategy, and execution for video support in ACPC, innovating across ingestion, transcoding, playback, streaming, metadata, search, and collaboration. Drive customer-centric discovery to identify critical use cases for individuals, teams, and enterprise customers. Partner with Adobe Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, Experience Cloud, Express, and Firefly to ensure ACPC delivers scalable and performant video experiences across products and customer types. Articulate detailed specifications and requirements that enable appropriate planning and efficient implementation. Own the quality, delivery, and post-launch feedback of platform video capabilities and workflows. Manage cross-functional partnerships between engineering, design, program management, and joint technology teams to implement the agreed-upon strategy and realize your vision. What You Need to Succeed Demonstrated leadership : 10 years in media, video, or cloud platform product management or business development. Strong background in defining product vision and strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful products. Domain expertise : Deep understanding of customer video production workflows, asset management practices, video ecosystem, and emerging new technologies and business models. Strategic problem solver : Clear ability to solve sophisticated problems, using data-driven insights, and prioritize successfully in uncertain environments. B2B expertise : Experience in working with enterprise clients and B2B SaaS solutions, preferably within an international organization with diverse, multi-product, multi-solution offerings. Effective written communication : Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable, and prioritized product specifications. Self-starter and proactive communicator : Proven capability to manage several projects concurrently, prioritize tasks efficiently, and deliver results with adaptability and flexibility. Education : Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or equivalent experience.
