About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of advanced automotive infotainment systems. This role combines classical project leadership with a strong focus on modern, technology-enabled project environments—including real-time dashboards, data transparency, and AI-supported decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end project management for automotive infotainment system development (from concept to launch)
* Coordinate cross-functional teams across software, hardware, UX/UI, and integration
* Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
* Implement agile or hybrid project management methodologies suited for automotive environments
* Establish and maintain live project dashboards for real-time tracking of progress, risks, and KPIs
* Leverage AI tools to enhance planning, forecasting, reporting, and risk management
* Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
* Ensure transparent and structured communication with internal and external stakeholders
* Drive continuous improvement of project processes using digital and data-driven approaches
Requirements
* Proven experience in project management, ideally in the automotive industry
* Strong expertise in automotive infotainment systems (hardware/software integration, HMI/UX, connectivity, system architecture)
* Experience working in complex, cross-functional hardware-software programs
* Familiarity with modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar)
* Hands-on experience with real-time dashboards, data-driven reporting, and AI-enabled tools
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to operate in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments
