As a Senior Sales Manager for the DIY Channel, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with major DIY retailers in Germany. You will drive revenue growth, expand market share, and ensure the successful positioning of our products in-store and online.
Develop and execute the sales strategy for the DIY channel in Germany
• OBI, Hornbach, Bauhaus, etc.)
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trade terms
• 5+ years of sales experience in the consumer electronics or home appliance industry, with a strong focus on the DIY channel
• Proven track record of managing key retail accounts and delivering sales growth
• Deep understanding of the German retail landscape, especially in DIY
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
• Fluent in German and English
