As an Offer Sub Project Manager for HVDC Control and Protection, you’ll be at the forefront of developing impactful solutions that help our customers transition to a more sustainable world. This role blends technical expertise with strategic leadership, offering a unique opportunity to make a real difference.
How You’ll Make an Impact
* Lead and manage offers for Control & Protection systems in HVDC transmission projects, overseeing cost, time, resources, and quality.
* Drive customer success by delivering innovative solutions to global energy challenges.
* Guide a diverse and dynamic project team through complex technical and commercial landscapes.
* Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, partners, and customers—including change requests and claims.
* Ensure customer satisfaction by aligning expectations and delivering compelling offers.
What You Bring
* A university master’s degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field.
* Several years of professional experience, including proven project management expertise.
* Strong technical knowledge in converter technology, high-voltage systems, and control & protection—HVDC experience is a plus.
* Recognised project management certifications (e.g. PM@Siemens, PMI, IPMA).
* A structured and communicative personality with a drive for efficient, win-win outcomes, az well as initiative to identify cost-saving opportunities and prepare competitive offers.
* Intercultural experience and willingness to travel (approx. 20%); Fluency in English (spoken and written); German language skills are a plus
