Ihre Aufgaben beinhalten: Betreiben und Überwachen der gesamten Produktionsanlage aus der zentralen Messwarte Qualitätskontrolle der laufenden Produktion im Betriebslabor Ergreifen und/oder Veranlassen der entsprechenden Maßnahmen bei Störungen und Abweichungen vom Sollzustand Rückmeldung an den Schichtmeister bei Abweichungen vom Sollzustand in einem Produktionsbereich. Kommunikation mit den Kollegen der EVONIK-Messwarte bei auftretenden Problemen in der Rohstoffversorgung seitens der EVONIK. Nach Abstimmung mit dem Schichtmeister, Ergreifen und/oder Veranlassen der entsprechenden Maßnahmen bei Abweichung von der Produktspezifikation, z.B. Oberfläche, pH-Wert usw. QM-gerechtes Führen von Kontroll- und Produktions- und qualitätsrelevanten Tabellen, z.B. SPC-Karten.
