Event Specialist - Freiburg, Germany Hybrid role with travel to Events
As the Events Specialist, you will plan and organise various events through the whole year. From lifestyle events to trade fairs, from dealer showroom launches to dealer conferences. You are responsible for a successful strategy, reasonable budget planning, frictionless realisation, and post-event tasks. You are our multitool in the toolbox and ready to support and grow the brand with us. You are willing to travel and be aware events often take place at weekends.
Planning and executing events and exhibitions following the annual marketing activities.
Managing all needs and requirements including vendors to ensure successful Events.
Being hands-on with all things events and motorcycles.
Supporting our Riders Club of Europe branches with your knowledge of event management.
Supporting our dealer network with your knowledge of event management.
Participating in our Social Media communication by delivering and maintaining content on different occasions.
In order to be successful for the role of Events Specialist, you will be;
Fluent in English and German Language
You will have experience of Project Management
Possess experience of Event Planning and Execution
