Job Description Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for design, process optimization, and innovation? Join our Brand Department's Design Excellence & Innovation team as a Senior Design Project Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping our design operations, tools, and collaboration processes. Your Responsibilities: Lead and optimize design-related processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across teams. Research, assess, and support decision making for design and project management software/tools in collaboration with key stakeholders. Manage the end-to-end process of developing and rolling out design guidelines via web-based tools, including stakeholder coordination, content structuring, and timeline management. Facilitate inter-team communication by organizing design reviews, stakeholder feedback sessions, and internal newsletters on design developments. Support the development of a comprehensive design testing strategy and reporting framework. Act as a facilitator and coach, driving team efficiency through workshops, structured communication, and stakeholder engagement. Analyze and optimize collaboration flows and dependencies within the design process, ensuring seamless execution.
