Planning, coordination and management of all project-specific measures to ensure the quality of all contractual deliveries and services in cooperation with the project management team.Prioritization and organization of QM-relevant activities in the projectTaking on the role of single point of contact for the exchange with all involved parties regarding QM topics during the offer and implementation phases of the project.Professional leadership of all assigned team members in the projectCreation, management and monitoring of all QM-specific documents in the projectSupport in conducting project and company-internal auditsParticipation in further topics, e.g., projects for internal quality improvement. Completed technical studies or a comparable qualificationExperience in quality management, project work and project executionExperience in the professional leadership of teams and in the management and support of employeesKnowledge of basic QM standardsExperience in implementing NATO Quality Assurance Platforms (AQAP) is an advantage.Fluent English skills, both spoken and writtenIndependent and structured work styleConfident demeanor and strong communication skillsSelf-initiative and enjoyment of teamworkWillingness to travel on business both domestically and internationallyWorking time model: 35 hours/week
