Occasional international routes. Experience: CE drivers with professional experience in EU driving, knowledge of Autobahn system, EU passport/driving license. Drivers who know the differences with Russia or non-EU countries. Salary: €3000/month NET – the base salary ( extra paid hours). Realistically €3,500–4,000 NET with bonuses/overtime. Contract: Long term, preferably 1 year minimum. All will have a registered residence. Permanent contracts with initial probation period. Location of the candidate: Only candidates who hold EU passports/citizenships. Transport: The drivers get a car to get to work, per apartment. Accommodation: • They offer 3 room apartments, with one person per room. One kitchen 1 toilet. Room is included in the salary. • They may come with their families – they will help find accommodation – but a 3-room apartment costs about €300/driver, which drivers will need to cover themselves. • Drivers can sleep in the cabin – and they can receive up to 25% more salary for this. • If the driver relocates to Germany without their family, the salary remains unchanged. Other benefits: • They will be entitled to social assistance after a certain period of employment. • Health insurance is included (medical consultations and everything necessary). • They will receive 25–30 days of annual leave, excluding public holidays – this can also be paid out instead. (For example, colleagues from Lithuania work 6 weeks and then take 6 weeks off.) • The company will do its best, depending on the six tax classes, to help them maximize their earnings. • Drivers can also work in a rotation system – 3 drivers per truck – for those who prefer this arrangement. • Transport to Germany covered by the client.
