For our client, a specialist for demanding electrical projects in industrial and commercial construction, we are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineering Project Manager (m/f/d) for the Aalen site. In this key position, you will be responsible for the holistic commercial and organizational management of major projects and act as a central link between clients, installation teams and management.

Your tasks
5. End-to-end project responsibility: You will manage projects commercially from costing and tender preparation through to supplementary management and the final invoice.
6. Project dimension: You are responsible for construction projects with a volume of between €500,000 and €1.5 million.
7. Technical coordination: You will ensure the quality execution of all trades (including medium voltage, TGA, lighting, fire protection, security technology and building automation).
8. Communication management: You will conduct confident negotiations with general construction companies and subcontractors.
9. Quality assurance: You monitor the progress of the project and check CAD plans for their technical feasibility.
Your profile
10. Qualifications: You have completed training in the field of electrical engineering with further training as a master craftsman (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d).
11. Experience: You have sound practical experience in project management, ideally in industrial or commercial construction, and are confident in dealing with seven-figure project volumes.
12. Specialist knowledge: You are proficient in commercial processing in accordance with VOB/BGB and in preparing calculations.
13. IT skills: You are confident in using industry software and can interpret CAD drawings professionally.
14. Personality: You have a strong assertiveness, negotiating skills and a pronounced hands-on mentality.
