About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Country Sales Manager to lead our biologics sales strategy, with a strong focus on oncology and autoimmune diseases. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive market expansion, build relationships with key stakeholders, build teams and enhance patient access to innovative biologic therapies.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share objectives in oncology and autoimmune biologics.
* Market Development: Identify growth opportunities, analyze market trends, and drive business expansion through targeted initiatives.
* Key Account Management: Build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and procurement decision-makers.
* Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing sales team to achieve commercial success.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, medical affairs, and regulatory teams to align commercial strategies with brand objectives.
* Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all sales activities adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical business practices.
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience: Proven track record in pharmaceutical or biotech sales, with strong expertise in biologics, particularly within oncology and autoimmune disease markets.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
* Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of market dynamics, competitor landscape, and healthcare systems.
* Leadership & Communication: Strong ability to lead teams, engage stakeholders, and drive strategic discussions.
* Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations and reimbursement pathways.
* Market Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Biological pharmaceutical market in Spain
