This Assistant and Project Management position plays a vital role in supporting departmental leadership and contributing to ongoing project work. The role is based in Berlin and follows a hybrid work model with 2 days per week on-site.
This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy a dynamic mix of administrative, organisational, and project-based responsibilities within a mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide proactive and independent assistance to managers within the Production department
* Coordinate and manage administrative, communication, and organizational tasks while driving internal process improvements
* Plan and organise meetings, workshops, team events, training sessions, and conferences
* Contribute to and co-manage projects and committee work depending on your level of experience
* Track project milestones, manage documentation, and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
* Handle special assignments independently and ensure seamless coordination across teams
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
* Successfully completed vocational training or a university degree
* 2–4 years of experience in assistance roles and/or initial project management exposure
* Professionals with 4+ years of experience and a background in project coordination, committee work, or the digitalisation/healthcare sector are encouraged to apply
Skills & Competencies
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus
* Structured and organized working style with strong multitasking abilities
* High level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with diverse stakeholders
* Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Salary Range
* 45,000 € – 58,000 € gross annually for candidates with 2–4 years of relevant experience
* 58,000 € – 70,000 € gross annually for more experienced professionals with significant project management and sector-specific expertise
