Your responsibilities Conducting system tests as part of HR automation Validating job posting workflows in the production system Documenting test results and identifying sources of error Collaborating with the HR IT team to optimise requisition processes Supporting the further development of tool briefings and interview guides Your profile Degree in economics, computer science or similar Initial experience with HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Fieldglass) Analytical thinking and structured approach to work Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team Very good written and spoken German and English Your qualities At Uniper, we not only reward our employees with attractive salaries, an excellent company pension and health related benefits for their hard work and dedication to shaping the future energy transition.
