Sales Manager – Utility-Scale Projects (PV & BESS) - Hamburg.
A leading company in the renewable energy sector, specializing in innovative and sustainable solutions, is seeking a Sales Manager to join its Business Development team.
The focus is on utility-scale projects in Photovoltaics (PV) and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), with a strong emphasis on large-scale client engagement and project execution.
9 GW of PV and BESS projects globally, and this role will not only be focussed on cold acquisition, but also a split of account management, due to the large amount of in-bound leads and demand.
Identify and develop business opportunities for large-scale PV and BESS projects
Prepare proposals, lead contract negotiations, and close deals for major renewable energy projects
Collaborate closely with project management and engineering teams to ensure efficient project delivery
Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales of large-scale renewable energy projects, ideally in ground-mounted systems.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, particularly in complex, high-value projects
Independent, goal-oriented work style with a hands-on mentality.
Excellent German and at least proficient English skills, both written and spoken.
