Support the execution of AI and digital transformation initiatives across a global organization!
AI and digital technologies are transforming the way organizations operate, innovate, and create value. To support the successful execution of our AI and digital transformation agenda, we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our AI & Digital Office.
In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to the AI & Digital Office leadership and project teams, ensuring smooth operations, effective project coordination, and high-quality reporting across a growing portfolio of AI and digital initiatives. You will play a key role in driving transparency, stakeholder alignment, and operational excellence while contributing to the successful delivery of strategic projects.
The following challenges await you:
1. As a trusted partner to the AI & Digital Office leadership and project teams, you support the execution of strategic AI and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
2. You prepare management-ready reports, presentations, KPI dashboards, and status updates that support informed decision-making and progress tracking.
3. Drive enterprise-wide AI engagement initiatives aligned with the organization’s AI strategy and transformation roadmap.
4. Shape and execute communication strategies that create awareness, excitement, and trust around AI adoption.
5. Act as a key connector between the AI Office, business functions, leadership teams, and employees globally.
6. Develop forward-looking narratives that position AI as a strategic enabler for innovation, productivity, and growth.
7. Foster a strong AI culture focused on experimentation, collaboration, continuous learning, and responsible AI usage.
8. Support AI enablement programs that increase AI literacy and practical application across functions and regions.
9. Coordinate global AI events, leadership forums, innovation days, hackathons, roadshows, and employee engagement activities.
Your profile:
10. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Digital Technologies, or a related field.
11. Several years of professional experience in project coordination, PMO, Communications or a comparable business environment within digital, technology, transformation, or innovation-related functions.
12. Proven experience supporting projects through planning, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
13. Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
14. Experience preparing management-ready presentations, reports, and executive communication materials.
15. Solid understanding of KPI tracking, reporting processes, and project governance practices.
16. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, as well as collaboration platforms such as MS Teams and SharePoint.
17. Experience organizing workshops, events, leadership meetings, or internal engagement formats.
18. Interest in AI, digital technologies, innovation, and transformation topics, combined with a willingness to continuously learn and grow in this evolving field.
19. Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
