The Role
We’re looking for a Project Manager / Program Specialist to lead building automation and technical building services projects across Germany.
This is a technical, client-facing role where you’ll manage projects end-to-end — ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver projects across BMS / BAS / HVAC controls / security systems
* Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and documentation
* Coordinate subcontractors, technicians, and service providers
* Support technical design, solution development, and proposals
* Procure equipment, materials, and external services
* Drive energy optimisation initiatives
* Lead client interactions, presentations, and site activities
* Ensure system performance and customer satisfaction
* Provide guidance to on-site technical teams
Requirements
* Degree or technician qualification in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Building Services, or similar
* Strong knowledge of building automation (BMS/BAS), MSR, HVAC or security systems
* Proven experience in end-to-end project management
* Experience managing budgets, P&L, and cost control
* PMP certification is a plus
* Knowledge of SAP and VOB/B advantageous
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Structured, independent, and results-driven approach
* Comfortable working in an international environment
* Willingness to travel across Germany
* Fluent German and good English required
