Experts Group International is partnered with a globally operating industrial manufacturing company in their search for an experienced Supply Chain Manager, to strengthen the supply chain function at their site in Essen.
Key Responsibilities
* Responsibility for end-to-end supply chain activities including demand planning, production planning, procurement coordination, and inventory management
* Ensure material availability and on-time delivery to internal and external customers
* Analyse and improve supply chain KPIs related to service level, inventory, and cost
* Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives in close cooperation with production, purchasing, and logistics
* Act as a key interface between local operations and regional/global supply chain teams
Requirements
* Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field
* Several years of professional experience in supply chain planning or operations within an industrial manufacturing environment
* Strong analytical and organisational skills with a structured, solution-oriented approach
* Confident communication skills in an international environment
* Very good knowledge of common ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
