These tasks will inspire you
* Automation of data queries and processing
* Development, preparation and distribution of reports, analyses and sales information on Berlin-Chemie products as well as distribution to other company departments such as marketing, market research, key account management and the Management Board
* Ensuring the functionality of necessary interfaces between different IT systems and administration of customer databases (especially Cobra)
* Collaboration in the preparation and plausibility check of daily, weekly and cyclical turnover and sales data on the basis of the existing statistics pool (internal and external) and their distribution to all departments of the company
* Provision and distribution of price lists of the Berlin-Chemie portfolio for internal use
What sets you apart
* Completed commercial vocational training with additional training, e.g. IHK business informatics or economics (VWA) or Bachelor's degree in business administration or comparable courses of study
* Several years of professional experience in working with databases and VBA programming
* Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical environment
* Strong technical understanding of reporting processes and systems
* Desirable: SAP experience in the SD module
* Existing knowledge of project management, pharmaceutical legislation and SGB V
* Strong analytical thinking skills and ability to work systematically and conceptually
* Very good German and good English skills
