What we are looking for:
To support us on our mission, we are looking for a proactive and communicative Channel Account Manager to join our Channel Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You'll work closely with distributors, resellers, and system integrators to drive revenue, expand market reach, and support the success of our channel-first go-to-market strategy.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Develop and grow strategic partnerships with channel partners in the DACH region
2. Execute joint business plans with key partners and oversee performance to meet revenue targets
3. Onboard, enable, and support resellers and distributors
4. Identify, recruit, and activate new channel partners aligned with our growth strategy
5. Deliver pipeline, forecasting, and sales reporting on a regular basis
6. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, presales, customer success) to drive partner success
7. Represent AnyDesk at partner events, trade shows, and webinars
8. Contribute to the development of our global channel strategy with your ideas and market feedback
Basic Qualifications:
9. Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
10. Easy to work with
11. Sense of urgency
12. Strong sales mindset and not afraid to start conversations and build relationships
13. Understanding of the DACH IT channel ecosystem
14. Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to find answers
15. Experienced in channel sales, preferably in B2B software/SaaS
16. Team player who enjoys working closely with multiple stakeholders
17. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
Preferred Skills and Experience:
18. Willingness to travel across the region as needed
19. Understanding of channel business models and distribution structures
20. Experience using Salesforce
21. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
22. Adaptability and resilience, combined with a hands-on mentality
