Greenbuddies is a private photovoltaic and BESS construction provider based in Prague, Czech Republic. We deal with combined partial as well as complete solutions in the field of construction and installation of photovoltaic systems for corporate clients, both large roofs and freefields.
Job Position Description
1. Main tasks
• Responsibility for business development and sales in Germany
• Participate in the preparation of the annual sales plan
• Identification of target customers
• Achieve revenue and gross margin targets according to approved sales plan
• Analyze market price levels, market research
2. Additional responsibilities
• Analysis of current government funding programs
• Contact and account management (key account management) of existing clients
• Support of current projects

• Proven business results
• proactive approach, independence, ability to find solutions by yourself
• commercial, technical or business education
• standard PC user skills
• Willingness to travel throughout Germany, occasionally to Prague

• Actual total sales in Germany vs. budget
• Actual gross margin vs. budget
• Actual OPEX expenses vs. budget
• Number of projects in pipeline for the next 12 months vs. defined outlook
