Key Responsibilities Amazon Operations Management Manage Amazon operations including PDP setup, catalogue updates, and Brand Store optimisation. Liaise with Amazon Vendor Managers to resolve issues and ensure alignment across key business objectives. Conduct eRetail monthly sell-out analysis and reporting. Handle client invoicing and third-party payments. Campaign Management Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Amazon DSP and AMS platforms in collaboration with clients. Leverage AMC data to identify customer behaviours, map conversion paths, and refine audience targeting. Manage and optimise Amazon advertising budgets across multiple client accounts. Make data-driven decisions on bidding, budgeting, and keyword targeting. Continuously test new campaign types, creative formats, and keyword strategies to drive performance. Client Relationship Management Act as the main point of contact for client strategy, ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability across all deliverables. Provide regular performance updates and actionable insights based on Amazon sales and advertising data. Requirements Proven experience with Vendor Central or Seller Central for Amazon retail account management. Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Amazon Ads. Strong understanding of online advertising principles and audience targeting. Highly analytical with a passion for performance data and optimisation. Confident communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Strong collaboration and communication skills in English. Experience working with clients, providing updates and strategic context around Amazon sales and ad metrics.
