About NorthC
NorthC Group operates data centers in the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Germany. NorthC distinguishes itself by a strong local presence in various regions, high-quality services, and customized connectivity and hybrid cloud solutions. NorthC aims to be completely climate neutral by 2030, based on four sustainability pillars: 100% green energy, green hydrogen, optimal use of waste heat from data centers, and modular construction.
The appointed NorthC Project Manager will be the liaison between the NorthC organisation and the consultancy company and contractor(s) managing the design and construction works.
The NorthC Project Manager (PM) has two main tasks:

The PM will set up a structured schedule for meetings/calls with the external parties to make sure he/she is fully up to date on the progress of activities and can intervene or take action when necessary to keep the project on track. Building and maintaining relationships with other external stakeholders is also the responsibility of the PM, including the municipality, building authorities, power company, neighbours.
2. Manage the internal stakeholders, ensure the project is being build according to the NorthC Blueprint, and prepare the project for a smooth hand over to the NorthC Operations and Facilities department in-country. The PM will organise timely reviews with NorthC specialists to check and discuss the design documentation of the project versus the NorthC blueprint.
Over the course of the project the PM will facilitate the drafting of the testing and commissioning plan to ensure the delivery of a flawless operation of the data centre according to the design.
