As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes through strategic people management. You will work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that drive engagement, productivity, and performance.
To succeed in this role, you will need a university degree or vocational training in HR administration or management, as well as a minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or 5 years as an HRBP, possibly in a matrix environment. Strong knowledge of German labor and social law is also essential, as well as fluency in both German and English.
