Aufgaben:
* Lead complex, multi-functional, projects with multiple stakeholders
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
* Work closely with the project teams, support e.g., in Requ. mgmt or Integration- & Test mgmt.
* Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
* Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
* Identify and mitigate risks to project success.
* Foster a collaborative and productive team and project environment.
* Work closely with the Product Life Cycle process owner on the constant improvement of the company's processes.
* Travel might be necessary according to project needs.
Qualifikationen:
* Master's degree in business administration, or in technical, engineering, /science or another related field.
* Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
* PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
* Systems Engineering skills (etc. V-model, aspice)
* Hands on experience on organizational change management and transformation
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Supplier management experience
* Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS-Project,...).
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Good German language skills (> B1)
