INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Acting as central point of contact for the leaders for all strategic topics
2. Touch point for managers and employees and being responsible for employee concerns
3. Role is designed to combine all loose ends and derive improvements, whereby individual administrative tasks related to e.g. Training, legal advices, recruitments are mainly taken care of by the other respective HR roles
4. Responsible for a broad spectrum of HR activities such as employee relations, performance management, advice related to policies/processes, career development, coaching, talent management and change management
5. Understands the business beyond the HR function and influences the overall organization to ensure superior operations and business outcomes
6. Reporting to respective lead HR or to lead HR business partner
